PSYCHOTHERAPY

Self-acceptance. Meaning.

Healthy relationships.

Neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy to help you (re)connect with who you are and what matters most.

Virtual psychotherapy and relationship counselling

Maybe society’s scripts for how to find purpose or build relationships have never quite fit for you. Maybe you’ve found yourself on a different path than you’d imagined after a difficult experience like trauma, loss, or a challenging life transition. If so, psychotherapy can help you reconnect with who you are, let go of harsh self-criticism, and cultivate strong, meaningful connections with others.
